Overview
This Cookie Notice explains how Avo AI uses cookies and similar storage or access technologies on its website and service. It should be read with the Privacy Notice.
In the UK, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 apply to storing or accessing information on a user’s device. In the EEA, national laws implementing the ePrivacy Directive apply alongside the EU GDPR. Unless an exemption applies, clear information and valid consent are required before non-essential technologies are used.
Technologies covered
“Cookies” in this notice includes browser cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, device identifiers and similar technologies that store information on or access information from a device.
Session cookies
Temporary records that normally expire when the browser session ends.
Persistent cookies
Records that remain until their expiry date or until removed.
First-party
Set by Avo AI or the domain you are visiting.
Third-party
Set or accessed by another service integrated into the site.
Cookie categories
Strictly necessary
Used for core functions such as secure login, session continuity, load balancing, fraud prevention, consent preference storage and protection against cross-site request forgery. These may operate without consent where the legal exemption applies, but we still provide clear information.
Preferences
Remember settings such as display, language or dashboard choices. Depending on necessity and jurisdiction, consent may be required.
Analytics & performance
Help understand service use, errors and performance. They will remain disabled until consent where consent is legally required. Any available UK exemption introduced by legislation will be applied only where its conditions are met.
Marketing
Used to measure campaigns or personalise advertising. These will not be used before valid consent where required. Remove category if not used

Consent
Where consent is required, non-essential technologies will remain off until you make an affirmative choice. Refusing consent must be as easy as accepting it, and withdrawing consent must be possible at any time. We will not treat silence, inactivity or pre-ticked controls as consent.
Your choice may be recorded so we can respect it and demonstrate compliance. Consent will be refreshed when required or when the purposes materially change.
Your controls
You can use the site’s cookie settings control, where available, to accept, refuse or change optional categories. You can also remove or block cookies using browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent login, workspace, billing or account-preference functions from working correctly.
Third parties
Embedded or connected services may set or read their own technologies. Examples may include authentication, payment, support, video, analytics or fraud-prevention providers. We will identify relevant providers in the live inventory and link to their information where appropriate.
Links to external websites are not covered by this notice. Those sites control their own storage and access technologies.
Changes
We may update this notice when technologies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The “last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be highlighted through the website or consent interface.
