Agreement

These terms govern access to Avo AI websites, accounts, AI workspaces, conversations, files, projects, subscriptions, credits and related support. Avo AI is controlled by SecureFlowGroup. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Avo AI provides general-purpose AI tools for tasks such as writing, research, planning, coding, document analysis and project organisation. Features and limits depend on the selected plan.

• The service may change as models and features are improved.
• AI availability may depend on third-party model and infrastructure providers.
• No feature is promised to be error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

AI output

AI output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You must review important output before relying on it.

• Do not treat output as professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice.
• Do not submit secrets or personal data that is unnecessary for the task.
• You remain responsible for decisions, publications, code and actions based on output.

Fees, credits and cancellation

Prices, billing periods, credit allowances and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled unless stated otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights and statutory remedies are not excluded.

Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the relevant reset period unless a plan explicitly says otherwise. Purchased credit packs are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

You must not use Avo AI to break the law, harm others, distribute malware, evade safeguards, access another user’s data, infringe rights, create deceptive impersonation, or overload or interfere with the service.

We may apply reasonable limits and suspend activity where necessary to protect users, providers and infrastructure.

Your content

You retain ownership of prompts, files and other content you submit. You give us the limited rights needed to host, transmit and process that content to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content.

Intellectual property

Avo AI and its licensors own the platform, interface, branding, software and documentation. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited right to use the service. Rights in AI output may depend on applicable law and third-party material contained in the output.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or replace features. Unless a written service-level agreement says otherwise, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We will aim to give reasonable notice of material reductions to paid features where practical.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any final liability cap and business-loss exclusions must be reviewed against the operator’s company structure, insurance and customer type before launch. Confirm before taking payment

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription through the available account controls. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, unlawful use, non-payment or material risk to the platform or other users.
